We provide repair services for all products manufactured and distributed by NST (Korea) upon customer request.
We also provide professional repair and replacement services for all products, including Burn-In Boards, which contribute to the longevity and performance of the product.
And with our team of experienced technicians, we ensure every repair meets industry standards, minimizing downtime and providing efficient replacement service for damaged or obsolete semiconductor boards.
CIRCUIT BOARD REPAIR SERVICE PROCESS
After receiving the defective or damaged circuit board from the customer, proceed to remove the strips, screws, covers,... and simultaneously check the appearance.
Conduct circuit board testing with tester, accurately detect damage errors.
Clean, repair and replace defective or poor quality components and locations on the circuit board.
Check again with the machine to confirm that there are no errors. Then proceed to assemble and deliver to the customer.
Electronic circuits are an important part of industrial equipment, including electronic components such as transistors, diodes, capacitors, inductors, resistors and other integrated components mounted on a circuit board (PCB). During the operation of machinery, electromagnetic circuit boards are prone to problems such as damaged components, broken circuits, power failures, etc...Therefore, we always try to fix errors that occur with electronic circuit boards at a reasonable cost and quickly.
The acceptance and delivery process has customer co-inspection and warranty period according to each product type.
